岡田紅陽の吉祥寺美術館所蔵富士山写真作品のスカイラインマッチング法による撮影地推定

Abstract

武蔵野市立吉祥寺美術館蔵の岡田紅陽による富士山写真作品について，スカイラインマッチング法を用いて撮影位置推定を行った．撮影時期と撮影地が未詳の2作品について，富士山を含む山並みの形状を地形シミュレーターで再現し，推定された撮影位置で検証撮影を行うことで，撮影地を確定できた．検証撮影時の条件や作品を分析することで，撮影時期についても推定を行った．武蔵野市在住だった晩年の岡田紅陽の撮影活動の一端が明らかになった．この時期の富士山についての写真は，高度成長期の視程状況を示すものとしても貴重である．The photographing locations of Koyo Okada’s works about Mt. Fuji in the Kichijoji Art Museum Collection are estimated by skyline matching method. The photographing locations of his works are determined by reproducing the skyline of the mountain range including Mt. Fuji using a topography simulator. By analyzing these photographs, the photographing seasons are also estimated. As the results, the artistic activity of Koyo Okada's later years in the Musashino City is clarified. His photographs of Mt. Fuji in the 1960s are also valuable to indicate the visibility from Tokyo sub-urban area during the severe air pollution period.
